Aufgaben
- Define and execute the local people strategy
- Implement global and local change initiatives
- Partner with managers on functional priorities
- Leverage data analytics to drive business solutions
- Update People Services on legal and regulatory changes
- Lead talent management and workforce planning
- Develop leadership and succession planning strategies
- Consult on overhead management
- Manage works council relations and labor compliance
- Lead and coach direct reports for performance
- Align DACH talent strategies with business needs
- Coordinate with Centers of Excellence on talent programs
- Drive the diversity and inclusion agenda
- Operationalize talent strategies with People Services
