Aufgaben
- Lead the monthly IBP cycle for DACH
- Manage demand and executive business reviews
- Ensure adherence to IBP principles and governance
- Improve IBP processes, tools, and metrics
- Enhance forecast accuracy and financial performance
- Facilitate communication across commercial and supply chain teams
- Challenge assumptions to identify risks and opportunities
- Align strategic objectives with operational plans
- Track forecast accuracy and service level indicators
- Present insights to leadership during demand reviews
- Propose and track corrective actions for variances
- Analyze data to identify trends and forecast drivers
- Provide actionable insights for planning efficiency
- Train functional teams on IBP best practices
- Manage the regional risks and opportunities process
- Support organizational optimization and transformation
- Facilitate the o9 software implementation journey
