Aufgaben
- Develop and implement multi-year category plans
- Manage demand aggregation and buying channels
- Monitor technology trends and supplier innovation
- Identify opportunities to optimize spend and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional strategic sourcing and RFx processes
- Perform price analysis and total cost modeling
- Develop negotiation strategies for commercial terms
- Draft and negotiate legal and business contracts
- Evaluate supplier financial stability and mitigate risks
- Manage key supplier relationships and resolve disputes
- Collaborate with procurement partners and cross-functional teams
- Oversee cross-regional hiring and employee development
- Lead and participate in supplier business reviews
- Champion the use of eSourcing and spend visibility tools
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards
- Integrate diversity and sustainability into category strategies
- Partner with clinical stakeholders on best-value solutions
- Drive supply base rationalization and payment term improvements
