Anforderungen

  • •MBA and/or CPSM/CPM desired but not required
  • •5 years' related experience, Master's degree, or equivalent
  • •2-3 years of direct industry experience preferred
  • •Experience in multi-national, multi-cultural environments
  • •Strong leadership and business partnering capabilities
  • •Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • •Experience with data analysis and interpretation
  • •Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • •Knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management
  • •Technical knowledge of purchasing and bidding processes
  • •Experience in procuring goods and services
  • •Knowledge of Logistics, warehousing, and transportation
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • •Develop and implement multi-year category plans
  • •Manage demand aggregation and buying channels
  • •Monitor technology trends and supplier innovation
  • •Identify opportunities to optimize spend and reduce costs
  • •Lead cross-functional strategic sourcing and RFx processes
  • •Perform price analysis and total cost modeling
  • •Develop negotiation strategies for commercial terms
  • •Draft and negotiate legal and business contracts
  • •Evaluate supplier financial stability and mitigate risks
  • •Manage key supplier relationships and resolve disputes
  • •Collaborate with procurement partners and cross-functional teams
  • •Oversee cross-regional hiring and employee development
  • •Lead and participate in supplier business reviews
  • •Champion the use of eSourcing and spend visibility tools
  • •Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards
  • •Integrate diversity and sustainability into category strategies
  • •Partner with clinical stakeholders on best-value solutions
  • •Drive supply base rationalization and payment term improvements
