- Lead Spend Optimization Project for 800MCHF
- Serve as high-level interface between procurement, finance, and business leadership
- Champion Source to Contract (S2C) process
- Prioritize Continuous Improvement (CPI) activities
- Plan and implement Business Process Transition
- Establish governance for systematic ideation
- Identify and escalate risks early
- Develop KPI dashboards for global process performance
- Drive transformational change through professional change management
- Design improved business processes for future demand
- Build relationships with CFO, BU Heads, and Site Heads
- Review progress against targets
- Identify and mitigate obstacles
- Act as application and process owner for consulting and S2C
- Ensure standardized workflows across target audiences
- Monitor quality and customer satisfaction
