Aufgaben
- Develop and articulate strategy aligned with PayPal.
- Collaborate to assess and mitigate operational risks.
- Inspire and lead teams on sustainability strategies.
- Inspire and lead teams on financial stability strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate risk exposure for compliance and reputation.
- Provide inputs and guidance to influence executive decisions.
- Identify and coordinate localization opportunities for GRM teams.
- Proactively assess risk management gaps.
- Develop actionable roadmaps to address identified gaps.
- Design and drive regional operating model for EU GRM.
- Enhance ecosystem oversight for EU GRM teams.
- Strengthen execution of core risk initiatives.
- Influence centralized decisions to reflect EU regional nuances.
- Ensure risk strategies reflect regulatory requirements.
- Incorporate market dynamics into risk strategies.
- Source in-house or third-party solutions for GRM.
- Strengthen GRM fraud, credit, and compliance programs.
- Enhance back-office automation in fraud operations.
- Enhance back-office automation in investigations.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Drive consensus to execute on roadmaps.
- Leverage data to measure success.
- Identify opportunities with GRM and Business units.
- Execute opportunities to strengthen EU GRM programs.
- Provide data-driven insights to EU regional executives.
- Offer recommendations to EU regional executives.
- Advocate for opportunities to drive change.
- Drive better decisions across EU marketplaces.
- Support business growth with calculated risks.
