- Strong cross-functional collaboration

- Confident working with Medical Affairs
- Confident working with external experts
- Confident user of enterprise AI productivity tools
- Microsoft 365 Copilot fluency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to translate AI fluency into faster, better team output
- Comfortable reading commercial dashboards
- Comfortable acting on commercial dashboards
- Comfortable reading standard analytics outputs
- Comfortable acting on standard analytics outputs
- Ability to scope digital and AI use cases
- Ability to translate commercial needs into deliverable, compliant solutions
- Ability to govern digital and AI work end-to-end
- Fluent English
- Additional languages are an advantage

- Drive cross-functional execution for Commercial, Medical, and Market Access
- Establish scalable frameworks and digital engagement approaches
- Translate scientific insights into actionable plans
- Lead end-to-end International launch planning and execution
- Adapt launch strategies to country-specific requirements
- Identify and mitigate key barriers and risks to launch success
- Develop stakeholder segmentation and engagement strategies
- Ensure fair-balanced, compliant materials and interactions
- Align scientific narrative and medical education with Medical Affairs
- Capture and synthesize field insights to refine strategy
- Collaborate with Market Access to shape evidence needs and value messaging
- Support reimbursement and funding of diagnostic services
- Enable affiliates and partners through launch toolkits and training
- Define and run KPIs and performance dashboards
- Develop and deploy digital launch enablers
- Implement omnichannel engagement plans and marketing automation
- Use data and analytics for launch planning and performance optimization
- Manage external vendors and partners for cross-regional programmes
- Ensure cost-effective and compliant execution
- Maintain integrity, data privacy, and non-promotional conduct
