- Ensure material integrity and industrialization
- Transform material concepts into scalable, high-performance solutions
- Develop technical specifications and quality standards
- Ensure materials meet performance and sustainability benchmarks
- Act as technical link between T2 suppliers and T1 product factories
- Support seamless integration from development to mass production
- Source technical, high-performance materials according to design briefs
- Evaluate and aim for material-specific sustainability targets
- Identify opportunities for material performance and efficiency gains
- Test, approve, and continuously improve materials
- Maintain material library and tools for product creation teams
- Foster relationships with T2 suppliers and T1 factory teams
- Support material development, quality, and process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams for material initiative alignment
- Execute material selection tasks
- Integrate high-performance materials across footwear products
