- Manage technical and quality at EMEA and Turkey suppliers
- Standardize construction and production technology for premium products
- Develop and document comprehensive technical specifications
- Establish best practices for product assembly and manufacturing
- Evaluate supplier technical capabilities
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance supplier capacity
- Conduct development sample inspections for quality and safety
- Assess production feasibility and propose solutions
- Represent the Technical & Quality team in special projects
- Launch new products, processes, and technologies
- Monitor factory technical audits and supplier performance
- Conduct in-process and final inspections for new and carry-over products
- Manage problem-solving for production-related issues
- Ensure technical, quality, process, and system improvements
