Aufgaben

• •Identify innovative sourcing solutions
• •Support relationships with clinical trial suppliers
• •Convey client needs to suppliers regarding clinical supplies
• •Advocate for suppliers to customer-facing teams
• •Coordinate with Quality department on supplier performance
• •Address product quality issues related to suppliers
• •Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing and Market Intelligence teams
• •Utilize market intelligence tools for sourcing requests
• •Maintain supplier accounts for competitive pricing
• •Preserve relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers
• •Negotiate prices and cash discounts with suppliers
• •Lead Supplier Business review meetings
• •Monitor supplier spend and performance
• •Support Client Services in procurement strategies
• •Participate in teleconferences for proposal outcomes
• •Communicate market updates to Market Intelligence analysts
• •Collaborate with Supply Chain for timely product deliveries
• •Attend daily triage meetings with procurement specialists
• •Apply Good Distribution and Good Manufacturing Principles
• •Support QA and clients during product recalls
• •Ensure compliance with QA, legal, and finance regulations
• •Participate in process improvement projects
