Anforderungen

  • •Understanding of manufacturing and operations challenges
  • •Ability to lead projects with complex stakeholder landscapes
  • •Comfort in communicating with customer stakeholders
  • •Flexibility in undefined process environments
  • •Experience in startup environments or readiness to adapt
  • •5+ years of work experience
  • •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Basic coding skills and familiarity with REST API
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • •Proactive, self-starter attitude
  • •Professional working proficiency in English
  • •BS Degree in relevant engineering or computer science field
  • •Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • •Professional working proficiency in German (spoken and written)

  • •Develop and implement Tulip solutions alongside customers and partners

  • •Collaborate with engineering and product teams to share customer insights and feedback
