- Experience in bespoke software development, integration, and configuration of COTS products
- Experience delivering solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure

- Good knowledge of Java/JEE or .NET
- Good knowledge of Web services & SOAP/REST
- Good knowledge of Cloud based technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)

- Architect custom and commercial IT solutions
- Design architecture for Java/JEE and .net technologies
- Incorporate cloud-based technologies and integration tools
- Architect AWS and Mulesoft solutions
- Act as expert for I&D solution design
- Ensure quality of implementation for assigned projects
- Create high-level design documents
- Serve as subject matter expert for Solution Architecture
- Define and recommend coding best practices
- Recommend integration options and middleware products
- Design key technical components of IT solutions
- Own end-to-end technical implementation
- Participate in design sessions with business and IT teams
- Provide various design alternatives
- Ensure technical design aligns with enterprise architecture
- Define technical best practices for implementation
- Perform code reviews
- Ensure adherence to best practices
- Evaluate application performance bottlenecks
- Recommend remedial measures for performance issues
- Identify application/code security issues
- Recommend remedial measures for security issues
- Architect and deliver complex integration scenarios
- Develop, communicate, and maintain system architecture
- Enforce system architecture for each project
- Contribute to enterprise architecture group
- Govern system architecture across business and IT suppliers
- Ensure end-to-end solution integrity
- Promote cooperation among technical streams
- Facilitate coordination of technical streams
- Provide design principles for integration
- Provide design principles for performance
- Provide design principles for reliability
- Provide design principles for manageability

- Produce formal architecture and design documentation
