- Solid knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud
- Strong client facing profile
- Salesforce architect certifications highly recommended
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in French and English
- Availability for onsite presence in Geneva
Aufgaben
- Develop digital transformation strategies and specifications
- Facilitate and guide projects to align business and technology
- Direct and supervise scalable client engagements
- Ensure re-use and scalability of knowledge and methods
- Share and train on mapping client needs to capabilities
- Advise and mentor junior colleagues on projects and career development
- Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories
- Define and enhance industry-specific architectures
- Advise clients on architectural solutions within their vertical
- Collaborate closely with development, UX, and content teams
- Prepare and facilitate client workshops for idea creation
- Stay updated on digital trends and their impact on clients
