- Experience in technical pre-sales capacity
- Experience with database programming and data models
- Experience in data engineering or AI/ML projects
- Understanding of sales methodologies/frameworks
- MongoDB Certification
- Cloud Provider Certification
Aufgaben
- Design scalable and performant applications using MongoDB
- Guide customers on MongoDB architecture patterns and optimization
- Communicate MongoDB's business value to stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales team on account planning and opportunity qualification
- Generate technical pipeline through discovery, demos, and proofs of value
- Proactively create demand through technical initiatives and events
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Innovate and improve MongoDB solutions and processes
- Relay field feedback to the product team
- Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members
- Stay updated on MongoDB products and industry trends
