Anforderungen
- •Experience in transforming industrial operations with workflows, automation, and digital solutions
- •Experience influencing industrial buyers and establishing a circle of influence
- •7+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions
- •Experience as an AE or in alternative sales/customer service role
- •Understanding of business sales processes in industrial environments
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Oversee market success of ServiceNow's Operational Technology Solution
- •Support territory strategy and planning for the CH/AT/CEE region
- •Provide input to Core AE during account planning based on territory strategy
- •Ensure alignment of recommendations with Now Value principles
- •Help customers envision the value of industrial digital transformation
- •Collaborate with the account team, customers, and partners on strategy development
- •Interlock with SC & Specialist OT SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback
- •Coach AEs, SDRs, ACE, and peer specialist teams on specialty solution knowledge
- •Identify specialty solution opportunities and manage the sales cycle
- •Customize responsibilities based on territory and account team needs
- •Celebrate successes and promote diversity and belonging
