Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary contact for customer technical inquiries
- Manage the technical aspects of customer proposals
- Conduct detailed technical analysis of BTM solutions for solar PV, wind, EV, and battery installations
- Coordinate closely with the sales and commercial team to design optimal systems
- Develop technical solutions based on Wattstor's technology and the customer's site conditions
- Prepare technical concepts, including single-line diagrams and on-site grid connections, and present them to customers
- Communicate and collaborate with the EPC partner during installation
- Document project details and progress with the project engineer
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing system design
- Stay updated on technical developments and regulations in behind-the-meter energy systems
- Participate in training sessions with the Technology Team for new products
