Anforderungen

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related technical field
Experience in designing or engineering Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power systems, or grid-connected energy assets
Solid understanding of electrical standards, grid requirements, and safety regulations related to energy storage projects
Ability to analyze and size technical systems, review engineering documentation, and develop structured design guidelines
Experience collaborating with suppliers, reviewing technical specifications, and contributing to commercial discussions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical solutions
Familiarity with SCADA systems, protection concepts, or commissioning procedures
Proficiency in MS Office, with strong analytical and documentation skills
Fluency in business English; additional languages are an asset
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

Aufgaben

Design and optimize BESS solutions
Ensure compliance with grid codes and safety regulations
Develop design guidelines and technical specifications
Lead the lifecycle of BESS systems from concept to commissioning
Support supplier selection and technical evaluations
Collaborate with teams to assess technical and commercial feasibility
Create and maintain technical documentation for BESS systems
Define and ensure compliance with internal electrical standards
