- Comfortable with pseudonymous collaboration and the ethos of privacy in Web3
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
- Experience with other blockchain platforms such as Solana, Polkadot, or Cosmos
- Understanding of zk-SNARKs, ZK-rollups, or other zero-knowledge technologies
- Previous experience working in a DAO or decentralized organization

- Collaborate with teams to define blockchain protocols and standards
- Audit and debug smart contracts to identify vulnerabilities
- Optimize contract performance and gas efficiency
- Integrate smart contracts with web applications and blockchain tools

- Stay informed about blockchain trends and best practices
- Participate in code reviews to promote technical excellence
