- Drafting and negotiating contract and budget provisions

- Understanding of pharmaceutical development and CROs
- Ability to work independently or in teams
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of PPD SOP & WPDs
- Ability to organize competing priorities logically
- Effective use of automated computerized applications
- Customer focused communication and problem solving
Aufgaben
- Draft and review study site agreements
- Negotiate investigator grant budgets and contracts
- Finalize agreements within approved parameters
- Ensure compliance with contractual processes
- Assess legal, financial, and operational risks
- Escalate complex issues through established channels
- Recommend resolutions for contract negotiations
- Coordinate startup activities with internal departments
- Align contract timelines with site activation
- Meet target cycle times for activations
- Follow guidelines for out-of-parameter escalations
