You will drive operational success by bridging the gap between shop teams and engineering, ensuring every technician has the right data and every project stays on track for compliance.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
• •Experience in aviation environment (Completion Center, OEM, MRO) advantageous
• •Experience with administrative support and document management
• •Understanding of EASA/FAA/FOCA regulations and Part 21G/145 preferred
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or ERP systems
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to manage shifting priorities and accuracy
• •Proactive, solution-oriented, and supportive team player
• •Interest in multicultural and innovative working environments

Aufgaben

• •Coordinate daily shop planning and scheduling
• •Provide administrative support to managers and supervisors
• •Update planning boards and work packages
• •Maintain trackers and internal progress reports
• •Align production data with engineering drawings
• •Liaise between shop teams and supply chain
• •Coordinate with engineering and certification departments
• •Distribute work orders and technical documentation
• •Track work progress and identify delays
• •Escalate issues impacting schedules or compliance
• •Ensure activities meet Part 21G and 145 requirements
• •Maintain compliance with POE and MOE standards
