- Knowledge of mmWave high-frequency / RF technologies
- Labview, Matlab, and Python programming for lab automation and data analysis
- Laboratory measurement experience
- Interest in mentoring, supporting team members, and sharing knowledge
- Understanding of IC design fundamentals
- Fundamentals of semiconductor technology (wafer manufacturing, assembly, test)
- Curiosity and motivation to learn and grow
- Interest in developing long-term technical expertise and expanding responsibilities
- Structured problem-solving, analytical skills, creativity, flexibility
- Data-informed and quality-oriented mindset
- Proactive, collaborative approach to drive improvements and innovation

- Contribute to Radar SoC validation
- Analyze CMOS circuit performance
- Support customer design-in efforts
- Handle customer complaints
- Translate requirements into test specifications
- Implement test specifications in lab programs
- Support next-generation Radar design improvements
- Build automation frameworks for validation software
- Collaborate with Design and Verification teams
- Understand and analyze IC specifications
- Develop validation plans
- Execute validation plans
- Respond quickly to issue debugging in lab
