- Advanced English communication skills
- IREB (Advanced / Expert) and/or ISTQB certification preferred
- Deep practical knowledge of CMMI, ISO 26262, ASPICE
- Deep practical knowledge of safety-critical development standards
- Demonstrated experience in international, multi-site environments
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional environments
- Track record of influencing organizations beyond direct reporting lines
- Driving process excellence at scale
- Conscious and reliable way of working
- Responsible for security related tasks
Aufgaben
- Serve as strategic R&D leadership partner
- Shape requirements and test management framework
- Ensure scalable, auditable, and compliant processes
- Define and optimize requirements and test strategy
- Own project-specific requirements management plans
- Ensure end-to-end traceability across domains
- Architect requirements and test infrastructures
- Maintain scalability, consistency, and audit readiness
- Act as subject-matter authority for requirements engineering
- Coach teams to improve requirements quality
- Influence change impact analysis and test coverage
- Define and report executive-level KPIs
- Lead internal and external audits
- Support customer reviews
- Collaborate on corporate standards
- Contribute to tool strategy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
