- Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to understand hiring goals and talent priorities
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top technical talent
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex roles across Product, Data, and Engineering
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market dynamics and candidate expectations
- Collaborate with the TA team to streamline recruitment processes and interview frameworks
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and optimize recruiting workflows
- Partner with talent teams to improve onboarding and offer acceptance rates
- Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and candidate feedback
- Lead debriefs to ensure alignment on hiring outcomes
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance TA effectiveness
- Deliver key engineering and product hires within target timelines
- Maintain robust and diverse candidate pipelines
- Achieve high hiring manager and candidate satisfaction scores
- Implement impactful process improvements that scale with growth
