- Hands-on recruiting experience (Engineering, Product, Design)
- Track record of closing quality hires
- Experience in high-volume, fast-moving environments
- Experience building/improving recruiting processes
- Understanding of balancing speed and quality
- Coordinating recruiters without direct authority
- Holding delivery standards without direct authority
- Using hiring data predictively
- Spotting funnel patterns before problems arise
- Turning insight into clear recommendations
- Natural at stakeholder management
- Keeping people informed, aligned, and accountable
- English fluency for global communication
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn and develop career
Aufgaben
- Run a full recruiting desk for 15 EP&D roles annually
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer
- Coordinate in-house and contract recruiters across the portfolio
- Track pipelines, manage workload, and maintain consistent quality
- Co-create a reporting framework for funnel metrics, SLAs, and time-to-hire
- Predict hiring slowdowns and surface risks early
- Develop a predictive hiring model to balance speed and quality
- Partner with senior leadership to align hiring with business priorities
- Run regular hiring forums to ensure role prioritization
- Design and launch an evergreen pipeline model for priority roles
- Identify roles needing continuous pipeline nurturing
- Select and embed effective sourcing channels into team routines
