Aufgaben

• •Define and align the GFO&T strategy
• •Develop the strategic roadmap with Finance leadership
• •Facilitate leadership offsites and workshops
• •Drive the divisional transformation journey
• •Ensure alignment with Group priorities
• •Establish and monitor operational KPIs
• •Track the progress of strategic initiatives
• •Support budget planning and cost controlling
• •Manage divisional performance steering
• •Deliver high-quality senior stakeholder reports
• •Create impactful presentations for the Executive Committee
• •Coordinate storylines for Board-level communication
