- 5–10 years of experience in Strategic Procurement; Pharma or high-quality industry experience preferred
- Business fluent English
- Expertise in category, supplier, and contract management
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to persuade and influence suppliers
- Knowledge of process improvement and customer service mindset
- Willingness to adhere to GMP standards and safety procedures
Aufgaben
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure business continuity
- Verify procurement activities meet site business needs
- Drive savings initiatives by developing project pipelines
- Realize cost reductions with delegated suppliers
- Collaborate with Global IT/OT Category Manager and other Category Managers
- Deliver value and continuous improvement to assigned sites
- Provide purchasing expertise in tendering, negotiation, and contracting
- Manage delegated spend and supplier relationships
- Oversee an annual portfolio of up to 50 million
- Support roll-out of new procurement policies, procedures, and tools
- Optimize transactional costs and efficiency across the organization
- Support Category Managers in strategy development
- Report local market trends and site-specific business needs
- Execute sourcing initiatives for delegated spend
- Provide expertise in negotiation tactics and planning
- Leverage supplier capabilities to improve supply continuity
- Reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- Track country savings performance
- Identify supply chain risks and opportunities
- Partner with site stakeholders to understand business needs
- Utilize leading-edge sourcing tools like on-line catalogues and E-Auctions
- Conduct comprehensive supply risk assessments
- Maintain accuracy of ERP system and RM documentation databases
