- Conduct root-cause analysis
- Automate repetitive operational tasks
- Collaborate on service design and scalability
- Address failure modes with Backend engineers
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
- Contribute to infrastructure as code and platform tooling
- Advocate for reliability across the engineering organization
