- Cloud infrastructure mindset (GCP or other providers)
- Comfort with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing)
- Comfort with testing (unit and/or integration)
- Comfort with Kubernetes
- Working experience with Python
- Exposure to Protobuf and Grpc
- Ability to work independently without perfect specifications
- Ability to take ownership of complex features and systems
- Ability to make informed architectural decisions and explain trade-offs
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-structured code
- Ability to proactively identify problems and propose solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to raise team quality bar through example and reviews
Aufgaben
- Design and develop backend services in Go
- Build and evolve GraphQL and REST APIs
- Work on scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, data engineers, and designers
- Contribute to data modeling, business logic, and performance optimization
- Perform code reviews and participate in technical discussions
- Improve code quality, testing, observability, and system resilience
- Refactor code and address technical debt
- Take ownership of backend features from design to production
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
