Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in service partner management, supplier management, or service operations
- Experience working with technical teams (ideal)
- Proven experience in framework agreement negotiation
- Understanding of service pricing logic, cost structures, and operational processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Cross-regional team coordination skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Chinese language skills (plus)
- Ability to work independently
- Effective management of urgent topics
- Dynamic regional environment adaptability
Aufgaben
- Lead service partner management framework upgrade
- Align framework with long-term strategy and business targets
- Develop and optimize regional service partner network
- Enhance service coverage, quality, and business growth
- Negotiate and implement long-term framework agreements
- Build sustainable cooperation models with strategic partners
- Act as key interface between service operations, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders
- Ensure aligned decisions and effective execution
- Work with technical teams to define operational guidance documents
- Update and maintain labor and material definitions
- Establish transparency on partner-related cost structures
- Support cost structure analysis and identify improvement opportunities
