- Proven experience managing or implementing decentralized sourcing structures (ideally)
- Strong understanding of German contract law (BGB, HGB)
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations (DSGVO/GDPR) for sourcing and service agreements
- Hands-on experience within or alongside ISO-certified management systems
- Proficiency in sourcing management systems
- Proficiency in ERP platforms
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent coaching skills
- Excellent change management skills
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across decentralized structure
