- GMP understanding
- Very good communication skills and structured, focused, organized working attitude
Aufgaben
- Plan and execute project-specific process development activities
- Collaborate with technicians for pilot plant operations
- Collect, summarize, and analyze data
- Prepare development reports and presentations
- Establish timely and qualitative working instructions
- Develop process descriptions for scientists and technicians
- Represent the team in group and project meetings
- Represent the team in customer meetings
- Implement processes from customers or other Lonza sites
- Design experiments for upstream process verification
- Characterize bioreactors
- Determine filter sizing for normal and depth filtration
