- Proven track record translating complex science into clinical value
- Proven track record managing key thought leader (KTL) relationships
- Strong history of cross-functional work with commercial, marketing, legal, R&D
- Highly self-driven, pro-active, enterprising mindset
- Proven ability to take full ownership of projects
- Proven ability to drive regional initiatives
- Adept at relationship building

Aufgaben
- Drive regional scientific and public health strategy for EMEA
- Lead core scientific narrative development for oral care portfolios
- Provide expert scientific input for product innovation and professional engagement
- Translate complex scientific data into actionable communication for health professionals and consumers
- Partner with R&D to shape evidence generation and scientific communication priorities
- Ensure scientific accuracy and maintain evidence-based substantiation in external communications
- Mine and share external scientific insights and oral health environment dynamics
- Champion regional public health initiatives and translate guidance into market activations
- Lead policy advocacy and establish relationships with public health stakeholders
- Build alliances with professional organizations, dental schools, and universities
- Provide scientific and clinical input into global and regional oral care strategies
- Secure a strong scientific presence at major dental and scientific meetings
- Develop central professional education strategy and assets
- Partner with key thought leaders and academia to advance scientific expertise
- Execute deep-dive scientific training for regional commercial and professional teams
