- Experience supporting re/insurance applications
- Expert-level SQL skills on SAP HANA
- Working-level Java knowledge
- Experience with FPSL-related automation, testing, operational tooling
- Proven experience leading teams or guiding developers/analysts
- Ownership of product changes, operational improvements, end-to-end delivery
- Strong focus on process standardization, optimization, documentation
- Exposure to ServiceNOW for incident/problem management
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban)
- Hands-on work with Azure DevOps and Confluence
- Knowledge of IFRS9, SAP Banking Analyzer, or SAP Insurance Analyzer
Aufgaben
- Translate financial, accounting, regulatory requirements to SAP FPSL.
- Lead FPSL enhancements, configuration, and optimization.
- Design and review SAP FPSL data integrations.
- Design and review SAP HANA SQL transformations.
- Design and review ABAP-related logic.
- Manage quarter-end closing cycles.
- Analyze incidents and defects.
- Manage continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide expertise on FPSL architecture.
- Provide expertise on FPSL data models.
- Provide expertise on FPSL posting logic.
- Provide expertise on FPSL performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on feature design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on implementation.
- Guide FPSL developers and analysts on standards.
- Document and standardize subledger processes.
