- Manage incidents for finance platforms.
- Perform sustainable root-cause remediation.
- Lead and develop a global team of specialists.
- Build team capability through coaching.
- Manage team performance.
- Plan for team succession.
- Recruit new team members.
- Govern change delivery for operations, enhancements, and transformation.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, and priorities transparently.
- Plan budgets for Finance Applications.
- Manage vendors and partners for Finance Applications.
- Prioritize portfolio with discipline.
- Ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Partner with Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, HR, and IT.
- Continuously improve end-to-end finance processes.
