Anforderungen
- 5+ years experience in wholesale, sales management, or key account management within fashion, luxury, or premium retail industry
- Degree in business, international management, fashion management, or related field
- Proven track record in wholesale growth, key account management, international distribution
- Experience in negotiation and execution of physical spaces (pop-ups, shop-in-shops, window installations)
- Strong commercial skills, understanding of margins, pricing, forecasting, sell-through
- Experience leading market appointments, negotiations, seasonal sales campaigns
- Established international retail network
- Strong analytical skills
- Leadership experience in managing and developing junior team members
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized, solution-oriented, adaptability to fast-paced environment
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus

- Define and execute global wholesale strategy.
- Plan and execute all wholesale activities.
- Manage market expansion.
- Develop key accounts.
- Optimize sell-in performance.
- Conduct seasonal forecasting.
- Ensure commercial alignment across B2B channels and markets.
- Oversee key relationships.
- Negotiate major partnerships.
- Drive performance from sell-in to sell-through.
- Manage global key accounts.
- Drive long-term strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
- Drive wholesale acquisition strategy.
- Identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead market preparations during sales campaigns.
- Lead key appointments during sales campaigns.
- Represent the brand during store visits, training, and retail activities.
- Lead term negotiations.
- Manage new account negotiations.
- Manage annual wholesale budget, forecasting, and revenue planning.
- Oversee aftersales processes.
- Manage order confirmations.
- Manage delivery timelines.
- Manage aftersales client communication.
- Oversee in-season business management (reorders, swaps, returns).
- Monitor monthly sell-through performance.
- Define action plans with team and partners.
- Develop and execute wholesale marketing plans.
