Senior Revenue Operations Manager(m/w/x)

You will act as the lead architect of the company's revenue engine, designing the scalable infrastructure and AI-driven automations that power the entire customer lifecycle from lead to renewal.

Anforderungen
- •5+ years experience in Revenue, Sales, GTM, or Commercial Operations
- •Advanced Salesforce build capability and data model design
- •Integration ownership across Salesforce and GTM tools
- •Strong data fluency with Salesforce reports and SQL
- •Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation
- •AI-first mindset using automation or AI-assisted tooling
- •Ability to manage complex CSV imports and workflows
- •Experience in customer-facing or quota-carrying roles preferred
- •Fluency in English and minimum B2 German
- •Ability to operate as an individual contributor
- •Experience with CRM rebuilds, migrations, or cleanup
- •Familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- •Experience with commissions operations and incentive cycles
- •Exposure to industrial enterprise go-to-market contexts

- •Manage Salesforce data models, custom objects, and Flow Builder
- •Implement Salesforce changes using disciplined release management
- •Maintain integrations between Salesforce and the GTM tool stack
- •Manage RevOps delivery and strategic projects through Jira sprints
- •Develop logic for funnel, pipeline, and attribution reporting
- •Govern data quality through strict guardrails and enrichment
- •Translate new GTM motions into scalable system designs
- •Optimize seller workflows by removing friction and manual steps
- •Apply AI-first automation to eliminate repetitive GTM tasks
- •Operationalize routing, approvals, and compensation logic
- •Lead enablement through documentation and tool adoption training
- •Oversee routine data hygiene and external partner quality
- •Align stakeholders on the operating model and scalable priorities
