- •5+ years experience in GTM Operations
- •Experience improving end-to-end revenue engines
- •Team leadership and cross-functional execution
- •Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot
- •Analytical skills for data-driven decisions
- •AI-first mindset and automation experience
- •Proactive builder mode and quality focus
- •Fluent English and B2 German
- •Experience scaling partner-influenced revenue channels
- •Familiarity with AI-assisted automation builders
- •Experience designing leadership reporting frameworks

Aufgaben
- •Scale GTM motions through automation and systems
- •Lead and coach the Revenue Operations team
- •Own the end-to-end Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle
- •Bridge Marketing and Sales through clear handoffs
- •Operationalize ecosystem-led motions and partner introductions
- •Manage the GTM stack as a product
- •Maintain Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and Salesloft
- •Build automation using n8n and AI-assisted tools
- •Execute delivery through backlogs and sprint cadences
- •Establish a single source of truth for metrics
- •Report on CAC, velocity, and attribution
- •Enforce data integrity through governance and instrumentation
- •Partner with leadership on executable system design
