- Develop internal capabilities for scalable training
- Design and adapt retail training programs
- Review existing training materials
- Adapt and localize content for European store realities
- Develop additional learning modules as needed
- Structure the retail training landscape
- Create a clear, centralized training structure
- Consolidate existing materials and platforms into a coherent learning framework
- Ensure training resources are accessible and aligned across the region
- Deliver high-impact training sessions
- Facilitate key training sessions for store leadership and retail teams
- Support onboarding for new store openings or expansions
- Use engaging facilitation methods to encourage interaction
- Drive training adoption and impact
- Build and manage a calendar of training initiatives
- Monitor training completion and engagement
- Continuously improve learning formats based on field feedback
