- Strong client-facing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Facilitation skills
- Stakeholder management abilities
- SAP certifications preferred
- Activate methodology preferred
- Exposure to related SAP solutions is a plus
- Fluency in English required
- French fluency is a strong advantage
- German fluency is a strong advantage

- Guide clients through transformation initiatives and system implementations
- Mentor junior consultants
- Contribute to business development
- Analyze business needs
- Design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail/Fashion solutions
- Align solutions with industry best practices
- Lead or contribute to implementation workstreams
- Configure SAP systems
- Test SAP solutions
- Migrate data
- Manage go-live activities
- Deliver solutions across the retail value chain
- Focus on merchandising, supply chain, pricing, finance, and omnichannel
- Act as a key client contact
- Lead workshops
- Support presales activities
- Contribute to proposals
- Stay current on SAP innovations and retail industry trends
