- Experience in peptide molecule characterisation
- Knowledge of experimental in-vitro pharmacology techniques
- Experience working with CROs
- Dynamic, agile, and flexible approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem solving and growth mindset
- Experience leading biology within drug discovery
- Experience in structural biology or display-based techniques
- Experience working with Data Science groups
- Track record of delivering Clinical Candidates
- Knowledge of machine learning in biology
- Experience of target identification and validation
- Authorship of relevant scientific manuscripts
- Coding in Python or willingness to learn
Aufgaben
- Design comprehensive biological screening cascades
- Manage CROs to deliver high-quality data
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal and external teams
- Communicate across ML, Biology, and Chemistry disciplines
- Represent the company to external collaborators
- Prepare detailed scientific proposals and reports
- Drive peptide design platform development
- Execute bold strategies for intractable drug targets
- Champion inclusion and continuous professional development
