• PhD in Chemistry, related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' professional Chemistry experience or Post Doc
• Experience in chemical inducers design and synthesis
• Knowledge of current chemical biology techniques
• Python coding experience or willingness to learn
• Passion for AI/ML in drug design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem solving and growth mindset
• Experience managing activities at CROs (Desirable)
• Experience in structure-based drug design (Desirable)
• Experience applying ML to Drug Discovery (Desirable)
• Authorship of relevant scientific manuscripts (Desirable)

Aufgaben

• Develop and apply an induced proximity design platform
• Drive portfolio projects toward clinical stages
• Design and execute strategies for intractable problems
• Collaborate with AI and drug design teams
• Provide scientific expertise and strategic direction
• Improve platform capabilities and drug design applications
• Apply molecular glue design to drug discovery
• Utilize internal AI and machine learning models
• Coordinate with internal and third-party multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate across ML, biology, chemistry, and DMPK
• Represent the company to collaborators and CROs
• Prepare detailed scientific proposals and reports
• Champion inclusion and continuous professional development
