Anforderungen
- PhD in Chemistry, related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' professional Chemistry experience or Post Doc
- Experience in chemical inducers design and synthesis
- Knowledge of current chemical biology techniques
- Python coding experience or willingness to learn
- Passion for AI/ML in drug design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem solving and growth mindset
- Experience managing activities at CROs (Desirable)
- Experience in structure-based drug design (Desirable)
- Experience applying ML to Drug Discovery (Desirable)
- Authorship of relevant scientific manuscripts (Desirable)
Aufgaben
- Develop and apply an induced proximity design platform
- Drive portfolio projects toward clinical stages
- Design and execute strategies for intractable problems
- Collaborate with AI and drug design teams
- Provide scientific expertise and strategic direction
- Improve platform capabilities and drug design applications
- Apply molecular glue design to drug discovery
- Utilize internal AI and machine learning models
- Coordinate with internal and third-party multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate across ML, biology, chemistry, and DMPK
- Represent the company to collaborators and CROs
- Prepare detailed scientific proposals and reports
- Champion inclusion and continuous professional development
