Anforderungen

  • Demonstrable relevant experience of 10 years or more
  • Sound knowledge of banking products and processes
  • Advanced credit skills for structuring complex deals
  • Expert level of Early Warning Detection skills
  • Expert level credit skills for structuring all credit deals
  • Advanced knowledge of Citi’s credit process and appetite
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Ability to coordinate multi-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while making sound decisions
  • Highly focused with ability to identify key priorities
  • Accountability for significant direct business results
  • Proactive approach to strengthening business relationships
  • Ability to embrace new technology and digital roles
  • Ability to adapt priorities based on data insights
  • Fluency in English and German required
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Masters degree preferred
  • Proven track record in acquiring new clients and business

Aufgaben

  • Develop new relationships and acquire customers in Germany
  • Deepen client relationships by proactively addressing needs and expectations
  • Introduce solutions to strengthen client portfolios
  • Collaborate with product specialists to create customized solutions
  • Work with Case Manager on client onboarding and retention
  • Ensure compliance with KYC and other regulatory deliverables
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase client share of wallet
  • Share market updates and trends to enhance client experience
  • Drive innovation in client solutions and business development
  • Execute strategic initiatives at all levels
  • Network with clients to discover new business opportunities
  • Administer client credit relationships and oversee processes
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Citi's policies
  • Assess risks in business decisions to protect the firm's reputation
