  • •Identify operational hazards and conduct risk assessments
  • •Monitor the effectiveness of mitigation measures
  • •Analyze safety data for the Safety Review Board
  • •Maintain and improve SMS documentation and processes
  • •Advise on flight safety and regulatory compliance
  • •Investigate internal occurrences and accidents
  • •Promote safety culture through communication and engagement
  • •Plan and conduct audits across operational departments
  • •Identify systemic risks and reporting trends
  • •Support the Flight Data Monitoring program
  • •Monitor subcontracted activities for compliance
  • •Deliver safety and compliance training for personnel
  • •Identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
