In this role, you will be at the forefront of manufacturing process engineering for sorbent filters, collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality production and engaging with external partners to meet specific requirements.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, or similar
• •5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• •Experience with continuous manufacturing lines and powder handling processes
• •Logic-driven and experienced with process modeling approaches
• •Initiative and results-driven with attention to detail
• •Collaboration and clear communication skills
• •Fluency in English, at least B1 in German, and openness to frequent travel

Aufgaben

• •Serve as the manufacturing process expert for sorbent filter production
• •Own all aspects of manufacturing process engineering for new sorbent filter material
• •Understand process parameters and their impact on products
• •Evaluate and adjust parameter ranges for equipment purchases and startup
• •Lead the ramp-up of manufacturing processes and troubleshoot issues
• •Conduct root cause analysis for process challenges
• •Manage process FMEAs before, during, and after startup
• •Ensure thorough documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
• •Collaborate with R&D, quality, product design, and process development teams
• •Support the development of new testing methods for high-quality products
• •Act as a key technical expert in external partnerships
• •Ensure DAC-specific requirements for sorbent filter manufacturing are met
• •Monitor operations on-site when necessary
• •Assist with lab-scale manufacturing in R&D as needed
• •Support new concept evaluations for future DAC solutions
