  • •Empower stream-aligned teams to deliver high-quality software
  • •Provide test infrastructure and support product teams
  • •Utilize analytical thinking and QA expertise to coach teams
  • •Maintain stability and relevance of automated tests in Playwright and Cypress
  • •Organize test code following SOLID principles and Page Object pattern
  • •Work with CI/CD setup using GitHub Actions and automation tools
  • •Solve complex test scenarios by diving into React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
  • •Measure and report on the impact of enabling initiatives
  • •Foster a culture of continuous improvement and visibility into quality metrics
  • •Coach teams on effective QA strategies, tools, and practices
  • •Assess current testing processes and identify gaps
  • •Collaborate on tailored improvement plans
  • •Deliver training sessions and workshops on test automation and TDD/BDD
