Aufgaben
- Lead complex digitalization projects from concept to stabilization
- Translate warehouse operations and logistics requirements into digital solutions
- Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and IT organizations
- Supervise cutover, migration, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Ensure successful process implementation and user adoption
- Act as a trusted partner for operations heads, IT leads, and project sponsors
- Accelerate Accelleron's digitalization journey
- Strengthen operational performance and business growth
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and governance
- Coordinate and align business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
- Drive business process implementation and organizational change
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable solutions
- Deliver measurable business benefits and operational improvements
- Support strategic digitalization initiatives
- Contribute to Accelleron's long-term development
