Anforderungen

5+ years managing complex projects/service agreements in industrial/technology environment, ideally with international exposure
Ability to lead stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior customer representatives
Commercial acumen with expertise in financial steering, risk management, and contract execution

Experience in matrix organizations and leading cross-cultural teams
Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, IPMA) are an advantage
Fluent in German or French; business fluent in English is mandatory
