- Drive innovation and maintain competitive edge
- Define and track KPIs (volume, P&L impact, latency, system reliability)
- Prioritize backlog based on KPIs
- Improve business processes for trading and lending
- Foster collaboration with IT development teams
- Manage dependencies and feature prioritization
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Maintain up-to-date documentation
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal teams
- Ensure features meet regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external partners on integration
- Design comprehensive test cases for user stories
- Validate platform performance
- Identify areas for improvement
- Drive quality assurance for trading and credit platforms
