- Develop and maintain product vision and roadmap
- Prioritize product backlog and define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with SAG Group markets to gather requirements
- Manage pipelines and backlogs for legacy DMS systems
- Define and execute legacy DMS phase-out plan
- Ensure business continuity across new and legacy systems
- Establish charging and pricing model with Executive Sponsor and Markets
- Collaborate with internal support teams and external development partners
- Lead transition to internal development team
- Plan and drive releases, ensuring go-live readiness
- Manage external vendors during transition
- Ensure solution compliance with IT and governance functions
- Drive change management with markets
- Track and support commercial topics
- Involve garage customers in user-centric development
- Monitor KPIs for product usage and performance
- Document and communicate progress to stakeholders
