- Experience preferably in Tech or Startup environment
- Degree from accredited university
- Degree preferably from Computer, Industrial or other Engineering fields
- Aptitude for UI/UX
- Keen eye for good customer experience
- Experience working hands-on with designers
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to independently leverage data for prioritisation and decision making
- Strong collaboration skills
- Superb communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to synthesize information quickly
- Proven record of taking complex business problems and coming up with innovative and effective product solutions
- Solid track record of driving concrete results at consumer-facing start-ups/large organizations
- Experience delivering web or mobile products of significant scale and complexity
- Experience shipping on a regular basis across different platforms
- Prior experience with ERP & accounting systems is a significant plus
