As a Senior Product Manager for Institutional Trading, you will shape the product strategy by balancing client needs with market trends. This role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful solutions and ensuring the product aligns with regulatory requirements.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• •5+ years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Strategist in institutional trading, capital markets, or financial services
• •Good understanding of Institutional FX business
• •Proven experience delivering complex, technology-driven products in regulated environment
• •Good understanding of Financial APIs in institutional context
• •Strategic thinking with hands-on mindset
• •Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Fluency in English mandatory, French or other languages are a plus

Aufgaben

• •Drive the evolution of institutional trading offerings
• •Define and deliver the product strategy for institutional trading
• •Balance client needs, market evolution, and regulatory constraints
• •Collaborate with Trading Desk, Sales, and Institutional Relationship Managers
• •Translate client needs and market trends into product initiatives
• •Define product success metrics and drive continuous improvement
• •Act as the primary product interface for various teams
• •Ensure alignment across trading and banking products
• •Partner with UX and Design teams for usability and efficiency
• •Drive end-to-end product delivery with Software Engineering teams
• •Support go-to-market activities with Marketing and Sales
• •Maintain understanding of institutional trading workflows
• •Monitor competitors and regulatory developments
• •Engage with clients and stakeholders to validate product decisions
